How much is shipping?
Shipping will be charged to you at the time of checkout. The price will vary depending on the product and your location.
When will your order ship?
All items are made-to-order. Therefore, the production time will be emailed to you and the approximate time it will take to receive your order.
Can you track your order?
Yes, you can call 1-800-503-2727 or email to check on your order status, but you must provide us with your order number.
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
No, We do not ship to PO Boxes. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Do you ship outside the 48 continuous states?
Yes, we ship all products to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.
We do not ship to any other country other than the US and Canada due to the nature of the shipments. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska require shipping methods using FED-EX 2nd day air. Shipping costs for these destinations will be listed at checkout.
Orders to Canada will be shipped using FED-EX standard ground service to Canada. There is an additional charge for orders shipped to Canada. This will be indicated at checkout. When ordering, please check the appropriate shipping box that applies to where your product will be going. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Please note that shipments to Canada will require the buyer to pay additional fees such as brokerage fees, taxes/sur-charges which the buyer is solely responsible for. Our shipping charge only covers the actual shipping. We will not accept any returns from Canada shipments due to these charges.
Return Policy
What is the return policy?
Covercraft Covers: Covercraft will not accept returns on Custom-Fits covers manufactured in WeatherShield HD, standard WeatherShield® colors, Form-Fit™ and Sunbrella® fabrics. These items are non-returnable and will only be evaluated for warranty issues or repairs. In addition, older custom-fit patterns and low-demand patterns are also non-returnable. If you have any questions about this policy and how it pertains to your vehicle, please call us.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- If you were not charged for shipping, this will be subtracted from your refund amount.
- PowerSportsCovers does not refund any shipping charges. No Exceptions
- All other returns must have a return authorization number. To obtain this number you will need to call 1-800-503-2727, and PowerSportsCovers will need the original order number, date of the order, and the reason for the return.
- Returns must be in the original box and in new and unused condition.
- PowerSportsCovers will not accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date purchased.
- All returns are subject to the manufacturer's return policy.
How do you return an item?
- Please call customer service for all returns to obtain an authorization number.
- PowerSportsCovers will not accept any returns without an authorization number. If PowerSportsCovers receives an item without this RA number, it will be returned to you.
- PowerSportsCovers will not accept any returns after 30 Days for any reason.

How do you return a product that is under warranty?
All manufacturer's warranties apply and no other warranties are either expressed or implied. Please check with the manufacturer for complete details on the warranty offered and keep all paperwork received with your shipment for warranty purposes. PowerSportsCovers will not be responsible for warranty claims. This must be done through the manufacturer. You will need to call PowerSportsCovers' customer service toll-free line to obtain information on how to do this. 1-800-503-2727.
